History, concerts, discography, pictures. Came out in
three different printings. First in A5 where
wrapping was printed on green paper, and mid section on pink paper
(100 copies, late 1988). Second printing as A4 and in black &
white (100 copies, May 1989) and third and fina printing A4 and in
black & white (100 copies, September 1989). Free download
